As of April 1st, you are no longer able to use the legacy Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR) portal. COT has transitioned to a more robust and secure Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR) portal. The new SSPR process is secured using the same AzureAD/Office365 multi-factor authentication (MFA) you may have experienced when accessing your e-mail or other Commonwealth services online.
You will be required to have two(2) forms of alternate authentication methods registered prior to using the service. If you have not registered two methods or would like to check and/or change your current methods use the button below.
